The Ahmed Cx2 is a medical device designed in collaboration with Ophthalmologist Dr. Xavier Campos. The idea was simply to make the procedure more efficient for the surgeon performing the Iris Prosthesis Implant. Where cutting the Iris prosthesis to the correct size can be a nuisance during surgery. The Cx2 makes the procedure faster and more accurate by eliminating any margin of error when sizing the prosthesis for the patient.
